How do I properly care for my scarf?

Basic scarves can be machine washed at a maximum of 30°C on a gentle cycle. For wool scarves, we recommend gentle hand washing. Afterwards, hang the scarves up and allow them to air dry.

Where are the scarves manufactured?

Designed in Switzerland – Made in Germany.

Our scarves are manufactured in Germany using a careful knitting process.

How long does shipping take?

Orders within Switzerland are usually delivered within 1-3 working days .

For deliveries abroad, the shipping time is usually 5–15 working days.

How much does shipping cost?

For orders within Switzerland, shipping costs are CHF 4.90 for orders under CHF 99. Shipping within Switzerland is free for orders of CHF 99 or more.

Shipping costs to the EU and other countries vary depending on the order quantity and destination country and are displayed at checkout.

Please note that orders from outside Switzerland may be subject to additional customs duties and import fees.

Can I return my scarf?

You can return your scarf within 14 days of receipt, provided it is unworn, clean, and in perfect condition. Please keep the original packaging.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
After receiving and inspecting the return, we will refund the purchase price within 10 days.

Important: If you are returning your order from an EU country (e.g., Germany), clearly mark the package as a return to prevent it from being held by customs. Also, be sure to include the original packing list and inform your shipping provider that it is a return.

Can I exchange my scarf?

If you would like to exchange your scarf, please simply reorder the desired scarf through our shop and send the unwanted one back.
